Blink and BNET

In Blink, staff writer from The New Yorker Malcolm Gladwell reveals that great decision makers aren't those who process the most information or spend the most time deliberating, but those who have perfected the art of "thin-slicing" — filtering the very few factors that matter from an overwhelming number of variables.

Hmmm, sounds like a great skill for a ScrumMaster, doesn't it?

Note: BNET is a great aggregator of free information on leadership and organizational behaviour, much of which is compatible with Agile principles. I subscribe to their newsletters, so I don't have to read all the ads on their site :-) but the site is searchable, which is useful.
